★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived on time for my appointment but the receptionist was late and the nurse much later...The receptionist apologized and was very pleasant. The nurse on the other hand was did not apologize and was not customer friendly at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband required a pcr test to have surgery out-of-country. The test was done on Monday for travel on Wednesday. First there was a delay in results, and now they left him a voicemail while he was on the plane that they have lost his test completely. He is unable to have surgery without the results but is currently flying there. Awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My test never left the airport to be flown to Calgary / laboratory for analysis on day one. Was told it would happen on day two, and I should proceed to drive to the border, check in before I crossed. Called before I left, spoke to customer service who said they would call me back in an hour; nobody called me back. Called again after driving almost two hours, was told the test still had not left for Calgary, and nothing had happened. Meaning I was unable to leave the country for my planned trip, wasted a day driving for four hours on being given the wrong information. Customer services staff apologized for the delay, advised I would be issued a refund. No refund forthcoming, I emailed a week later to inquire about the refund. No response, no refund to date. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do not recommend doing business with them.

It came back positive, I suspected the results were false and that they just wanted us to pay $170.00 dollars to take a second test. My mom was tested again within that same week with a different company and the result was NEGATIVE. This company is a Scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They scammed me. Had an appointment for 1:30 pm. Reached the 4th floor atleast 2 minutes before my appointment time but they closed the 4th floor door so there was no way to access the floor. Kept on waiting and banging on the door. Luckily for me Haztech wasent far away else I was in big trouble. The customer service helpline number doesnt work at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service to set up, get, and take the test was 5 star. They told me before I made the appointment that my results would be returned in 3-4 hours. At the appointment they said it would be returned in 1-2 hours. The appointment was at 11:10 AM and my flight was at 7 AM the next day. After 2 hours of waiting, I called and was told it would be another 2 hours. I called back after another 2 hours, and this time I went straight to voice message. After calling back repeatedly, I decided that I had better get down there in person to talk to them. I got there at about 4:50 and there was nobody there and no one to take my call. The results eventually came back, at 5:15 PM, but this situation of not being able to reach somebody and perhaps not having my results back in time for my flight was very stressful. Had they simply said that the results would be back within 8-10 hours, I probably would not have worried as much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found that the customer support was very responsive to our questions...especially Patricia...who gave thorough helpful answers.
Our appointment went smoothly and was on time...actually we were done quickly.
The person who did our antigen test was very gentle...and made a possibly unpleasant event...rather easy.
Test results were communicated quickly.
Only issue was that we had asked for a nasopharyngeal test...and what we had, wasn't what we understood it to be. Turned out fine...but caused a bit of worry.
Cost of this test is really excessive...but it has to be done...and the cost with this organization was the most reasonable.
