H	Hui Jing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the other 1 star ratings. Absolutely horrible customer service and the lady on the phone hasn’t an ounce of professionalism. I was told one price on the phone from her but then when I went in I was told something completely different. I wanted to buy a home testing kit (which I was told was $20 on the phone) but they charged me $30. Price gouging at its finest. in addition the lady gave someone a QR code service “for free” but when I asked about it I was told I had to pay $20 for it. I was stunned at the fact they would try to con their customers like that.

I called them to check if they are open and to see when they are closing and was told that they are closing at 6pm (main front lady who speaks Korean) then I called them again few hours later to re-confirm that they are really closing at 6 (because Google says they are closing at 4) then she said they are closing at 4 and said another receptionist made a mistake. There is no other Korean working there except her. They sold covid self assessment kit for $20 before then raise the price for $30 because so many people are asking them to sell those self assessment kit due to family gathering and they are lack of stock. So they are selling it for higher price. LOL what in the world is she saying? Black market exist right here..
N	Nazanin K. Abadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On December 22, I went to Shoppers drug mart beside this place to buy Covid rapid tests. Shoppers didnt have them and I had to check this place. This clinic has separated 5-pack kit that the government has distributed free of charge to the public and sells them for $20 each! I had to buy 2 tests and they told me that if I pay with credit, I would have to pay $5 more. Two days later, on December 24, I went again to buy two more tests. Shockingly, they're selling them for $30 each today. An embarrassing black market. I did not buy and left. Never trust a health center that creates such a black market in times of public health disaster. They will not have the slightest feeling of empathy for you which is vital for a healthcare worker.
