Friendly staffs and quick result are highlight there. However, it took me 15 minutes to find out where the clinic is. There should be some signs to navigate people to the site

While the clinic was good, the result was late then they promised, after 6 pm. We were extremely worried that we won't get it on time with the holidays and no other option available. I didn't appreciate the extra wait. You should keep your promises.

horrible service. I was promised to get PCR travel test next day at 6pm. Instead they've lost m swab and only let me know the second day( 4hours before the flight departure). I called asking for help saying that they should've take responsibilityand at least they culd've get me like a document that it was not my fault but the clinic's . All they answered was "we will get you a refund' . Who cares about refund when we talk about $5000 worth of tickets, non-refundable. Not gonna talk about the fact that i had to leave work early and deal with the problem by myself. Tried to call 10 different clinics to make a new appointment, but could not get any cuz it takes like 24-hours to get the result. Very, very disappointed. Definitely not suggesting if you don't want you nerve system to break down lol.

Very easy to book and get the Rapid test. I tried to get it from gov't places and drug stores. Completely useless. Huge time waster. Another place called back after 5 days. Shameful! Also tried useless Telehealth, can't even follow the extremely long phone message, to try and book a test or get answers. I would hate to see how hard it is for somebody old and English as a 2nd language try to figure out Telehealth message. That's a huge waste of Gov't money right there, and atrociously terrible service. Terrible way to help people when your sick and need answers. Canadian Travel Clinic, was easy. Just booked it and went in and it was all done in no time. Then just had to wait for the results.

Test did not arrive on time, they never answer the phone or reply to email. Customer service is ridiculous, all they can offer when result did not arrive was a refund, well obviously I have to get my money back but I had to deal with the rest of the problem myself, I was not offer any express or urgent pcr test. I had to look for a different clinic myself to have per test done on time for my flight.

Paid for my PCR covid-19 test with Japan specific paperwork for the JET Programme in November 2021. Prices are a bit higher but this clinic is up front with the price and will fill out and provide the MOFA Negative test result covid form along with additional supplementary documentation indicating a negative test. Results were received within 2 days via email PDF with e-signature/docusigned by a physician in Calgary and the paperwork was accepted without issue at Narita Airport's customs checkpoint. Location is a short walk from the TTC station but navigating to the floor can take a minute because the nameplate isn't conspicuously advertised inside or outside the building. The receipt looks very unofficial if requested by email so definitely ask for a paper receipt for reimbursement purposes.

Being in search for a PCR test to be done last week, I was able to book one very easily at Canadian Travel Clinics in North York. The booking went smoothly and I was very happy I didn't got shut out just because I was not flying anywhere (unlike Shoppers / LifeLabs). I was able to book for the day after and I would get my results the day after that, before 6PM. There is a large parking lot underneath the building where I could easily find a spot. Once you arrive in the lobby, notify security you want to take the elevator up! Otherwise the elevators won't take you - haha. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and fun and the test was done very thoroughly by a very skilled lady. Within a few seconds we were done and I had to fill out my details and I was out of the office within 3 minutes or so :-). In the email the next day, 30 hours after I've done the test, I got my results. So, yes, I'm very happy with Canadian Travel Clinics!
