I'll tell you...24/7 access, for one. That was an essential requirement for my business and none of the competition offered that! Even the parking situation, which can be daunting on Yonge Street, is great because the building has lots of cheap underground parking. Honestly though, the best part is the staff. They are extremely professional and kind. They take the time to learn your business practices and protocols and treat your clients as you would yourself. I would recommend this office to any of my colleagues without hesitation!

The rate of responsiveness is high, with the team consistently going above and beyond to deliver on their promises. They ensure that clients are kept well-informed of building updates etc through regular email communication. - The quality of the internet service running through the facilities is high, backed up by sound technical support. All of the above are offered at great value. Having used other office space rental services before, this is by far the best in terms of quality of service and business ethics.
