This location is not only stunning, it is modern with fabulous staff that make it easy to work there. The place is bright, fun, clean and so luxurious. I didn't think shared office space had the possibility to look THIS good!

My partner and I signed up for a year membership for their dedicated desks in 2019 and were one of their very first tenants. We have been here since the beginning of time which was prior to when all of their furniture and wifi was even installed. We were extremely excited to use this space and were very much looking forward to it. Although we paid for our own dedicated desks, my partner and I spent most of our time in their main area as we enjoyed using their open space and found it more comfortable. However, after a few weeks, their front desk staff approached my partner and told him that we shouldn't be sitting in their main area so much. There is nowhere in the contract that 'limits' how often you can sit in the public area especially seeing that this is supposed to be an open space for everyone. We were shocked & surprised but let it go in hope that this was a small hiccup. Eventually, the pandemic hit and everything was closed. Not only was Spaces extremely unorganized about handling everything but we received zero communication. We were never told if they were open, closed, what was going on or how they were handling things. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication and procedures when handling the pandemic. But moreover, we just wanted updates about what was happening. Were we allowed to go there? Were they closed? No one had a single clue. Not a single email about anything at all. But they made sure to silently collect your money each month while no one was at the office or even using the space. Then, they just blissfully ignored that there was a pandemic going on. They never once addressed the pandemic and how that would change things. A few weeks pass by and then a few months pass by and still radio silence. How can such a big company like this be so ignorant? We then reached out to see if they were offering ANY kind of support for tenants that were paying for an office that wasn’t even being being used? They offered us with two (very terrible) choices which to this date has not yet been applied. We also found out that whoever signed our contract didn't lied about the year and we could've stopped our membership anytime. This was coincidentally never mentioned when we asked what our options were during the pandemic. When Toronto entered Phase 3, my partner and I started to go back to the office. However, we stopped going again due to the lack of cleaning and sanitation. We have used our office both during the night and daytime to find that there is literally zero cleaning and sanitation done in the office. No one comes by to clean or wipe anything that is being used. Garbage piles up at night and it smells horrendous as you pass by. People literally walk around unmasked talking on their phones and sneezing everywhere and zero cleaning is done. The tables are disgusting, wet or oily. Nothing is wiped or sweeped and there are zero sanitizing options. Not even a bottle of hand sanitizer anywhere in the building. You'd think that they would increase their cleaning procedures in the middle of a pandemic but it has been very evident in more than several occasions that there's no acknowledgement of covid-19. No one comes in at any point of the day or night to clean the space. When we originally signed our contract, there were promises of several features that were limited or are now limited. Promises of different workshops and groups have all gone out the window. Furniture took more time than expected to come in so we couldn't take full advantage of their office space. Their cafe has been fully closed since the beginning of the pandemic. Overall, Spaces has provided a very disappointing and almost reckless experience. Their only selling feature is that their office looks nice. There is zero management, responsibility, transparency or accountability being taken. All they literally care about is your money. Would 100% not recommend and suggest to take your money elsewhere.

This place is terrible. Before covid-19, there was no cleaning or any sort of upkeep in the place. I guess because it's their newest office and its not at full capacity they think that we wouldn't notice but even after covid-19, they only have one cleaner come in at night once a week. I've seen people share the same tables, cough everywhere, KIDS using their dirty shoes to WALK ON the couches, other members in the office sneezing without covering their mouth and absolutely ZERO CLEANING BEING DONE. It's disgusting. Especially during COVID-19, there has been zero enhancement or commitment to ensure the safety of tenants. They expect you to pay your rent yet have done nothing to ensure that you can actually work in this place. Spaces is the kind of company that wants to pocket all your money while doing everything they can to cut down costs such as cleaning. Worst place I've been to in my entire life. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Brand new location, fast internet and still looking a little sterile. It's on the 2nd floor of the building, was hard to find since the lobby on the street level is under construction. Lots of space to find a quiet nook to do some work. The barista made a great Cortado and struck up a genuine conversation which is always nice. New favorite place to work remotely from.
