★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ramin is a trustworthy realtor who makes his best efforts to find a suitable place for his clients according to their needs and financial situation. Although, I was moving from another province and didn’t have a job in Toronto, he did his best and negotiated with seller’s agent tactfully so that not only we got the place that we wanted but also did he manage to get us some discount from the advertised rental price. Highly recommended.
