★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year we reached out to Sara for getting an apartment in one of the happening locality North York but with our budget constraint.
Within short span of our request, she showed us 4-5 units in nearby area, out of which we finalized one and completed one year also here.
She even picked up from our home as we were new to Canada and with an infant.
She not only helped with the paperwork, explained the important agreement conditions but also did negotiation with the unit owner on our request. And yes we got a chocolate box gift too while handing over the keys ?.
I highly recommend contacting her for any kind of renting/leasing requirements. Very helpful, polite and always reachable.
Best is her being smiling all the time. ?
