S	Shweta Chandratre - Paralikar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in 151 Beecroft road , North york for 1 year. They have a good location that's the only positive. Other than that they are overly priced, their apartment size is extremely small. If possible avoid living in apartments next to the elevators because they were extremely noisy. When you move out thats when they'll charge at-least 1000$ for renovating the whole apartment. They'll charge you for painting the apartment even though only 1 wall needs to be painted. PLEASE AVOID LIVING HERE.....

F	Felix Almeida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! In-unit laundry. Some units have independent air-conditioning/heating. Basically that's it. Apartments have only one bathroom, even the two bedroom ones. Many apartments are now renovated though. Overpriced for what it offers, in my opinion. No swimming pool. Party room is really small. BBQ grill poorly maintained. External windows are cleaned only once per year. Maintenance used to be better overall untill a few years ago (cleaner halls, garages, better landscaping, elevators, office hours, etc.). Fire alarm is shared with adjacent buildings at the garage levels, so it goes off more often than what I expected (terrifying to young kids and pets). If you can afford get the corner units, they have better view, bigger and far from the elevators.
a	af Vk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So costly,especially when you are moving out.I was charged 300$ just for general cleaning despite all appliances were good and no damages on wall or floor.The common areas specifically basements are so dusty.All entrance doors are awfully hard to open specially for aged people and children.

L	Liz Emrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can confirm the building will charge you for "cleaning fees" upon move out. I had cleaned the entire unit but still had to pay $160 for cleaning. Building isn't well insulated so you can hear your neighbors all the time. Nice unit but the noise levels ruined it.

The building will also try and rent you a parking spot in their building... you know, the building you don't live in! I mean c'mon, how greedy can you be?!!! Great building for those that like to be economically exploited and taken advantage of.
