★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Summit has been amazing so far. Both my daughter and son love their instructors and have been progressing well. The instructors do an amazing job of mentoring - I believe my kids are being taught the values of personal responsibility and hard work in a safe and supportive environment. I especially appreciate how well all the complications of COVID have been handled. Communication was effective and clear, my kids were able to continue training even through lock downs with virtual classes, and now that we are back in person I feel everyone’s health and safety are being well looked after. I would highly recommend this school!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my daughter to Summit Martial Arts and it was a fantastic experience! The customer service was fantastic and Mrs. M greeted us with a smile every time we came in. Registration is super easy.
Anytime I had a question, I received an immediate, friendly response. The owners really take the time to get to know all of their students and my daughter is treated like family. She works hard and it is so rewarding to her when she progresses. My husband loves martial arts and he stresses to her that belts are not given out for showing up. You have to work for it!
I can't recommend them enough! Thank you!

Over this time, it has been a wonderful place for them to celebrate their successes after working hard to achieve their goals, as well as a place for them to learn the values of perseverence and good sportsmanship. Since the pandemic, I have watched them quickly and effectively pivot and adjust to the ever changing restrictions. I have never felt uncomfortable with bringing my children to class. It is obvious how much Mrs. Morris and Master Morris care about providing a safe environment for their students, while also continually working to provide their students with the best training and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been training with SMA for the past 4 years. We started off when my son was about 6 years old and now he is turning 10. It was a good activity for him out of school and we never had the idea to go into tournaments, but he gained the confidence and skills to be able to compete with the help of all the instructors! We had our first couple medals just last weekend - Silver for Sparring and Bronze for Forms. Thank you Master Morris and Mrs. Morris for believing in Jian and giving him all the support and training he needed. This win is because of you and we are looking forward to more tournaments moving forward! SMA has become a family for us, they not only care about proper training but also the support and love is there to show.
Cheers to more memories and wins with you guys and thank you for being on top of everything specially in making the kids safe and still being able to train during the COVID 19 pandemic.
Belts are definitely earned and not given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter has been attending Summit Martial Arts for almost 3 years. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient and great with young kids! They make it fun and rewarding at the same time. In addition to top quality instruction, the process to sign up was super easy (all done online in a user-friendly website), the customer service is consistently excellent. Any concerns are addressed respectfully and in a timely manner. The staff are always willing to listen and help. With regards to Covid - SMA always follows the guidelines provided by the Alberta government and AHS.
I highly recommend you sign up your kids with SMA! They are truly wonderful :)

(We wish we found this place sooner) From his first day attending we knew we had found what we are looking for. SMA is the whole package, martial arts is not the only thing that my son takes away from the class but the values that carries over into our everyday lives. Everyone is welcoming and kind, they take the time to get to know the students, very supportive and encouraging, extremely organized & professional. Had the pleasure of attending his first tournament last weekend - received 2 medals in both divisions and he has never been more proud! We truly appreciate the encouragement and support.
We love the friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend.
