GoodLife Fitness was founded on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek (Ah-nish-in-a-bek), Haudenosaunee (Ho-den-no-show-nee), LΕ«naapΓ©ewak (Len-ahpay- wuk) and Attawandaron (Add-a-won-da-run) Peoples, on lands connected with the London Township and Sombra Treaties of 1796 and the Dish with One Spoon Covenant Wampum. This land, and the land on which all GoodLife Fitness Clubs operate, continues to be home to diverse Indigenous Peoples (First Nations, Inuit and MΓ©tis) whom we recognize as contemporary stewards of the land and vital contributors of our society.

Generally, the staff are friendly and the gym environment is really clean.

β β β β β Feels like they don't really want people who use the gym daily to go there, they would be happier if you had a membership that you didn't use at all. You can really tell they took government money to get through lockdowns, they made masks mandatory before the government did, and they impose harsher restrictions than the government does.

β β β β β Really nice facility but super annoyed with the schedule. Showed up Friday at 6am as online states the gym opens at 6am. Other people were also sitting outside in their vehicles waiting for the doors to open. Tried calling around 6:10 and the phone kept ringing. I had to leave and drove to canyon meadows to get my workout in so I wasn't late for work.

β β β β β Came in for a workout with a friend and a different atmosphere. I'm disappointed by the $25 drop in fee. Semi-private gyms will have rates as low as $10 and the YMCA rate with a member is around $11.25. There were posted advertisements in the gym for a complimentary workout if a friend had referred me, unfortunately this couldn't apply to my friend and I as it "had to be scheduled ahead of time". Convenience of location and tanning must be big selling features. I'm more than happy to go to a YMCA with more equipment, pools, climbing walls, and gymnasiums.
Like another reviewer said, "it's a GoodLife..."

β β β β β Very nice people and the gym looks very nice I just signed up today and it looks amazing and everyone there seems so nice and was very nice when I was getting my membership setup. Gave me a good life fitness bag and everything.

β β β β β My husband and I love coming to this gym . The facility is nice and clean, has a huge variety of equipment and everyone is super friendly, especially the front desk staff. Octav is so lovely and is so pleasant when greeting us every morning. Highly recommend this gym!

β β β β β Great gym with all the basics when I want something close by and donβt want to drive to one with a pool etc. Good layout, very clean. Had to take a star off for the showers tho. Teeny cheap heads are like 7β off the ground with zero pressure, takes me like 10 minutes to rinse out the shampoo and I unfortunately prefer to shower at the gym as I go to work after.

β β β β β Iβve been going to this location for about 6 months. The staff is always friendly and responsive to any questions I have. There is always enough room and I never have to wait for machines or weights.
I recently had an experience where I (accidentally) locked my key in my locker - they went out of their way to resolve this issue for me. An employee ended up going to their other location to get a bolt cutter so I was on my way quite quickly considering the circumstance. Would recommend this gym to other new gym goers in the area.
