Hannah has the greatest energy and makes sure we have an effective workout! Devon has the greatest playlists and has given me the confidence to move out of the back row into the middle of the room! Maddy is always a friendly face to see at the front too! Love this place - highly recommend!

I've done them all and think I've tried every instructor. They are all so friendly and push you to your limits. I truly feel this is my "Cheers". A place to make your fitness home. ?

I love the location too. The instructors knew me by name after two classes and they are so supportive of my fitness goals. They often show me proper form and answer additional questions I have. Couldn’t be happier I joined.

I love to begin my day with my favourite Barre instructor Karla. I also know after a hard day I can count on unwinding with a relaxing Yin Yoga class. Whatever your jam, Mode will for sure help you rock it!
