★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service isn't their strong suit. Walked in at 11:45 am for a sandwich, girl greeted me, stated my order (very clearly), wanted a 6 inch sandwich. While it is toasting the other girl behind the till asks me what I ordered so she can get it rung up. As she is doing this she looks at the counter and the guy pulls out a foot long. I made it clear that I only ordered a 6 inch, and all I got was blank stares from both employees. So I said whatever just give me the sandwich as is. Get to the till to pay and I get charged for a foot long. You didn't listen to my order, made the wrong sandwich and yet you still charge me for what I didn't want? Been in the customer service industry for over a decade, that is NOT how you treat customers ( I work across the street, am a regular at this location). Could have offered me a complimentary drink or side or SOMETHING. Will be taking my business somewhere else, this is not how you treat customers.
