★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't get my flat tire off my car,they wanted to charge me for a tire change over $60 just to take the tire off as the rim was stuck on . I had to drive 10 blocks on a flat tire to a place that changed all my tires for $20 a tire mount and balance , definitely won't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our go to tire vendor at my work place . After having a poor experience at another tire shop decided to try them out to swap my tires on my personal truck. The experience was flawless , dealing with Shawn was a pleasure , amazing customer service. The price was very fair , the service was quick , heck they even threw on some tire shine . New go to for all my tire needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had good experiences at other KAL tires but at this one the counter guy keeps left and right trying to pull the old you’ve got other work move on me, even before they got under the truck. I’m just here for a simple tire install. Doesn’t make you want to trust anything they say. If I do need some of the work done I’ll take it elsewhere, I don’t trust them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this location for the first time since they are only one of two Kal tire locations that does commercial or special tire changes. I brought in two rear wheels I took off my commercial stand on lawn mower that needed to be changed. I was taken back when I got the bill. It cost me more to get the new tires put on then what I paid for the two new tires. No vehicle to put up on a hoist and no need for impact drill just put wheels on tire changer and remove tires and put on the new. I did not think to ask how much for last year I had taken the front tire off my Gravely and had the other location put tube in it but only cost 1/3 the price that this location charges. Mind you the front tire is much smaller then the rear tires. I gave a couple stars because they did the job right away and counter staff were polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked by how rude the staff were at this location. I am used to getting superior customer service from Kal Tire which is why I picked them as my first choice when I was out of town and needed assistance with a tire. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fulfill my needs.
When I said "well that is disappointing" (because I wanted to bring my business to this location), the customer service rep was very hostile with me. This experience was definitely unusual and very disappointing compared to other Kal Tire locations I have done business with.
