★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute terrible customer service ordered 3 burgers and 2 drinks waited 10 mins for it, than when I got it it was the complete wrong order so I went back in and tried to get what I paid for and she told me okay and made me pay for 3 burgers and the 2 extra wraps they gave me that I DIDNT WANT I even told her I didn’t ask for that but still charged me for both and to make it even worse I stood there for 20 mins waiting for my order while NO customers were there and the 2 kitchen workers sat there talking for 20 mins looking lost while their coworker continued to tell them to make the 2 burgers and they continued to talk and and push my order too the side for a whole 20 minutes definitely never coming back and I hope u guys take caution as well this is a business NOT a high school

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time for dine in almost two years. Enjoyed my favorite Papa Cheese burger combo with Sweet Potato Fries and a refreshing frosty mug of Root Beer. Everything was better than I remember!!

Everything tastes delicious, and the food was still super warm when I got it, even though I forgot about it for 10 minutes while it was sitting outside (lol, scatter-brained).
But the best part of it all!!!! They sent an extra cup lid since the travel one doesn’t have a hole for a straw! Idk if this is supposed to be the standard, but that’s the first time I’ve ever received an extra cup lid like that, sooo… consider me impressed.
Everything arrived on time, fresh and delicious, I loved it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to A&W is usually a step above the other fast food chains for us, but this location is either under staffed or simply doesn't care. We got a burger and a breakfast item and were warned there would be a wait. That's fine. After 15 mins we went in again to see if they forgot about us or couldn't find us. Nope, still waiting. Pretty miserable experience.
