D	David Horsley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through order station is right beside Barlow Trail ad there was heavy traffic. They couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear them. The order was completely different than what I ordered- all three items were wrong. They fixed some of it but charged me over $12 for a “meal “ that should have been under $8. And, no napkins!

m	marv bidlock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here maybe 20 times, the service is terrible, There was a man using crutches and Iam sure he was standing at the counter for more then 5 minutes before someone came from the back to take his order, I started coming here with my friends after a Tim's in riverbend closed for Reno's, none of my friends will come here anymore they all started going to McDonald's.
P	Paul Galecki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here a few times a week before work and never have I ever been to a worse Tim's. It's an embarrassment. overcharging, Incorrect orders, the list goes on. Farmers wrap was incorrect and last time I checked a chocolate croissant doesn't have ham, egg and cheese on it. Coffee is the only okay thing but its hard to get that wrong:(
C	Corey Yaromy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always in a rush even when there's Noone behind you, don't pay attention and always get the order wrong. Never had food that was done right and I always get tea but yet somehow they get that wrong too and give me coffee instead. This is the worst tim hortons I the city I find. Only go there for convenience in the mornings and even then it's stressful when your order is never right and you have to constantly correct them. They need to train their staff better. There's also no accessible garbages by the drive through. The only good thing it's got going for it is the drive through has no height limit and is accessible to work trucks.

I work close by and everyday I have them rush me my drinks not mixed food not prepared properly last week we went and got rotten milk in our coffees so then we complainted thinking things would change next week came along and got rotten milk in my ice coffees. I will never be returning to this Tim Hortons. The worst part is they over changed me and didn't count how much money I gave them and argued with me that I was short money so I ended up paying again for my already paid dozen donuts.
S	Sugar Baby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time of visit was approx 12:30 pm. The service was horrible. I felt we were inconveniencing them by not using the drive thru. Had to tell the girl 4 times I wanted a milk for my granddaughter as she didn't seem to understand My granddaughter's timbits were hard, as was hubbies chocolate chip muffin. There wasn't much choice. A few donuts, 3 different timbits (and only a few each of those) and a few muffins & bagels. Presumably all as stale as the timbits and muffin we got. Asked for napkins as none were given, we were given a rather strange look, like we were the 1st ones to ever ask for them. As we sat eating 2 people from the drive thru came in as their coffee orders were wrong. Maybe it's just because it's a Sunday and this particular Tim's is in an industrial area. Other than the washrooms being clean I really didn't get a sense they wanted our business. Would not recommend based on hardly any selection and their customer service(or lack of).
