Mike took the time to take my call and made this delivery so easy. Bob delivered the items on time and helped me load it into my garage. Both of these guys are professional and friendly. Thumbs up!!

Driver showed up 2.5 hours later, dispatcher called us back in one hours after we started asking where's the driver.
Driver didn't know how to operate forklift properly, lifted up equipment in front of him and started pulling forward with zero visibility what's going on in front of forklift.
After he was putting 6 (six) straps for 40 minutes!!!
Then driver went back with our equipment to their company base and stood there for 10 extra minutes.
After he unloaded everything he said 3 hours, but actually it took him 2 hours to do the job. After not being agreed with him, the driver started to blame me in my face that I am a racist because I don't want to pay him one extra hour because he is black (what a joke).
Finally they charged us for 3 hours instead of actual 2 hours of work.
I haven't seen a company with such a bad customer service in my life. They should have considered to make a refund if they care of their company reputation.
Would not recommend them at all to anybody!
