Our founder Michael Lanigan started Brewsters in 1989, way before small-batch brewing was the trend it is today. Now, as a second-generation family business, our batches aren’t as small as they once were. But the idea that got us started is the idea that still drives us today. It’s a pretty simple formula, really – combine beer that’s brewed with passion with an outstanding dining experience. That formula has led us to where we are today – one of Alberta’s longest-standing local breweries, with 9 restaurants across the province.

I stated " It is always wonderful to have a mechanically inclined Dad!"
I had just told her "My upper radiator hose had split, and I parked in their lot!".
She had just dealt with the same problem, fixed by her Dad!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt bad for the waitress as we tried to order a negroni and then a raspberry drink, both of which they did not have the ingredients to make. We also ordered a large platter of chicken nachos for $23.99 for 4 of us to share. We each got about 5-6 chips and there was definitely not close to even a full
Chicken breast on the plate. We will not be returning. We have eaten at other Brewsters and have always enjoyed so assume that it is just this location that was disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was thinking in the neighborhood and thought to pop in for a little relaxing sit down. It was 6:00 pm and turns out the place was closing…in spite of there being more than 50 people still sat at tables, and obviously no where near being ready to leave. It’s no fault of the server who politely asked me to leave, but perhaps they could do more to manage this. Suggest updating to have some realistic hours of operation for a start…or perhaps stage the closing by shutting dow the kitchen first, following by last call an hour or so later. Clearly there’s a demand, and too bad I won’t be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this location. Service was a bit slow. We waited well over 5 minutes before a waitress came by to take our drink order. Food was quick however. I had the hot chicken sandwich and I can't say it was very good. My partner had the Buffalo BBQ chicken fingers and the sauce was weird tasting. Tater tots where fantastic. Service was slow as mentioned and not very attentive but she was very polite and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was amazing! I almost forgot how nice it can be to eat out but this experience sure made me want to do it more often. The portions are very generous as well, I wasn't even able to finish it all.Be sure to check out their daily specials.
The only downside is this location closes at 6pm so if you're looking for dinner, go early.
