★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the few subways where I always go when one certain employee is working before close she is stellar and makes a perfect sandwich with great care. I noticed that most people seem to think they should get overstuffed sandwiches that they can't even eat and when they don't they get all bent out of shape and leave disgusting reviews. I ask the public to use their own judgement because I happen to think this is a great location, I'm always very happy when I eat here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Skip the Dishes. One sandwich, chips, one drink. Sandwich was wrong, I got cookies, no chips. I called the restaurant and the lady said "I'm busy". Wouldn't talk to me, wouldn't tell me how she was going to fix my order. She didnt really even care. She just said "Oh...sorry. I am busy. Call back later." Sorry lady, I'm busy too, that's why I ordered food. And I had no transportation to go get the right order, which is why I ordered delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely screwed up a mobile order. Asked for extra tomato and pickle. I basically got a bread sandwich. 4 tomato slices total. This thing was flat and sad. Almost no sauce. Almost no meat. No feedback in the subway app? Never ordering from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Went in twice and, depending who was there, got treated like I was interrupting something super important.
On top of that, they treat toppings like a rare commodity and want to charge more for extra lettuce. Yes, lettuce.
Skip this store, go around the corner to Safeway and get yourself an excellent sandwich loaded with toppings. $5.99 for a loaded 6".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady working here has no courtesy to greet customer. With her rough customer service she started making my sandwich with cheeping out on green veggies and sauces. I m not hear to eat ur bread bun. Now which makes sense y this location is not busy.
I feel sorry to b negative during pendamic but rude behaviour and cheeping out after paying money cannot b accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today to grab a sandwich and at the same time I had to use the washroom. There was an “out of service” label on the washroom door. I asked the lady at front if I can use the washroom & I will grab a sandwich later. She forced me to pay for the Sandwich first and then she would give me the key for washroom. So Washroom is NOT “out of service” now ?
They wanted me to Pee in my pants while placing sandwich order. Both the ladies at front were rude. I will also report this incidence to their Area Manager.
