β β β β β The morning staff on Tue 29th September (chubby asian woman) was super rude. Only me order at that time. I show her the Groupon that I have more than 3 times, I told her I order 6β but she still made 12β and told me that ok then end up with extra change to me. She has no passion at all since the time That I order until cash out. If you donβt want to work just talk to your owner and resign thatβs it!!!

β β β β β Went this place about 5pm jan31 2021. One lady was working there. Remind her to change the grove before make my sandwich. She collect money too. She was so rude and bad English. Why she works there. She is not the owner am quite sure. She doesn't care the business at all. At this moment cov19.

β β β β β There was this old asian lady. She maybe doesn't want us to order and she was saying to order online. Extremely rude and not professional at all. I just had to go and order from another branch and I hope management takes action. My first experience went so bad and I feel like removing the app from my phone.

β β β β β Subway is usually a reliable place for good, not great, sandwiches. The staff at this location are well-trained and really put extra care into making sandwiches for their customers. One Iranian-Canadian employee, in particular, is always especially kind. The sandwiches just look and taste better than other locations. Thanks!

β β β β β We bought it two 6 inches subway . The lady on that day (may 2) provide a very bad service. She put everything in the bun very little. I ask for onions she put two onions . I asked for extra plz she add again 2. Seems like she dnt want the stuff to get it empty and make it again

β β β β β As a dog owner I have never been asked so rudely to get out of any subway. Other subway employees will kindly come out with pen and paper to take down my order and grab my card to tap inside and bring my food out for me.
Not this location, staff immediately backed away and yelled no pet when Iβm not even inside.
Very disappointed in this location

β β β β β Can verify other poor reviews that the old Asian lady ruins the service of the food. She was yelling at the trainee with a condescending tone while I was waiting for my sandwich (10 minute sandwich assembly time). Inside feels very unwelcome with typed out rules taped on the walls and signs everywhere. Rules like washroom closed due to covid (May 19 2022), closed dining area, and showing ID when paying with a non chip card? This is the most unwelcome Subway I have been to and Iβve visited over 30 in Vancouver, my last time coming here.
