β β β β β This restaurant is Amazing!! First time I ever ate a this type of eatery and will definitely go back. Fresh seafood right off the table getting messy and sucking up prawn brains. Good porting, selection and great flavours.
N.B. Don't wear your Sunday clothes.

β β β β β Forgot part of my order, refused to deliver to my house. Food was not good at all. We ended up throwing most of it away. Very unhappy, especially on Motherβs Day. Quality is edible at best!! Go to the Fish Counter, now thatβs high quality.

β β β β β Had a blast, definitely worth the experience. Heard about it on ads for the longest time then finally made it there last night. A little overpriced but everything was absolutely delicious and so much fun eating with your hands and just throwing it on the table.
Everyone should experience this at least once, but we will be back!

β β β β β We went to the Kingsway location yesterday and ordered the sizzlers and calamari, my wife's plate had either sand or mud which we suspect came from one of the mussels that spread throughout her food (see picture).
We called over the waitress who apologized and then...nothing. She didn't offer to replace the plate, she just stood there after saying sorry. The decent thing to do would have been to at least offer to rectify the situation. Since we didn't want to create a scene, we just asked for a serving of rice and sauce and then tried to scrap off the gritty sand/mud from the rest of the seafood.
When paying the bill we were again asked how the food was and we honestly said, the food was good but the hygiene and service could have been better. Again, apologies were offered but no indication of anything that would resemble a willingness to correct the mistake. To the manager: train your staff better.
I don't leave that many detailed reviews but will do so when the place absolutely deserves it. Should I be grateful that I was not charged for the rice and extra sauce?
UPDATE: So I emailed support as requested by Captain's Boil Corporate who asked, "Can you please provide me with a detailed account of your experience and we will do our best to assist you.", which I did.
3 days later, nada, just like the waitress. What a waste of time.

β β β β β Saw the mixed reviews about this place and decided to give it try anyways. Safe to say, probably wonβt be coming back.
Service is not horrible but pretty bad. We didnβt get any utensils even after all our food arrived. How am I supposed to eat without utensils? I had to ask twice for my utensils. Servers arenβt exactly friendly either. Wouldβve given 4 stars if there was better service. Oh and I forgot to mention, they gave us TWO napkins. There were 4 of us and seafood is messy.
Seafood is sooo mediocre. shrimp was too soft to be peeled from the shell, crawfish was okay, their fried fish was honestly gross. The batter was thick and the fish was really salty. The mussels and the captain boils sauce was really good.

β β β β β Incredible is the simple way to describe it.
Delicious, incredible portions, mouthwatering flavors. A liter of beer? What more can you ask for?
We got "shrimp" (more like jumbo prawn) with Captain's boil sauce, and another order with Cajun sauce. One came with potato and sausage, the other with potato and corn. Also an extra side order of fries.
It was the perfect feast, and I'll definitely be back!

β β β β β Donβt ever miss the offer of eat shrimp as much as you can. It happens several days a year. The shrimp was excellent and you can try the different sauces with it but the best was Captain Boil sauce. Service is quick and friendly. Prices for the offer are reasonable.
