★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes in a lineup outside till it was my turn, then to be told there is no lineup for the machine. This security girl needs to let people know in the lineup than just stand there doing nothing! Training and communication is definitely lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service (need more wickets open), lack of bank provided parking. Reduced hours and fewer employees working during the pandemic, Vancity is pocketing huge profits.
Definitely will recommend to anyone. Really fed up with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barbara at this Vancity branch exemplifies the best of the banking profession. Given the difficult situation of winding down my mom's estate, she was professional, kind and empathetic. Barabara explained the process in detail to ensure I understood each step. Having dealt with mulitple financial institutions, Barabra exceeded my expectations and was the best industry representative by far - she came across as genuinely compassionate, understanding, gave accurate advice and expedited the process. I was further impressed by her follow-up a week later. Truly, a stellar ambasador for this branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any time I’ve gone to this branch, the staff are very friendly. I’ve only ever gone for quick withdraws for laundry. The wait time in line always less than 5 mins. They always have enough tellers to quickly help everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great branch with friendly staff. Big and expansive inside with vaulted ceilings and wondrous skylights. Place is quite unique on the inside. Could use a little facelift on the outside, but otherwise a great branch.
I feel like credit unions are the way of the future, and more people should become a part of one. They’re definitely better than the big banks who invest heavily into dirty fossil fuels.
