★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get your keys cut here. Just don't. I had to come back THREE times and only 2 of the 3 keys I cut ever worked (one barely, barely works). After that, I just gave up. They can keep my money. At least it wasn't an expensive lesson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a huge amount of money to be picked up from the branch indicated on the order but when recipient went to pick up the money they advised of two things, one, either go to Agoo to collect the money or get LBC to email them(branch) so that they can release the money. When I called the agent, Real Liquidation Store in Kingsway and informed them of the issue, I was told that they are very busy. Well that is not good enough. they were busy when I sent the money and they have time with me, when there is an issue they use the same excuse" THEY ARE VERY BUSY" very poor customer service. This is a recurring problem with this agent, that could not rectified.This would be my last I use Real Liquidation Store Service. I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ your company lbc and the representative here vancouver canada is very incompetent. I was told here that once the package got in the shipment address, they will call the receiver. but they did not call at all, we were waiting and was informed lately that it was already receive last friday. and as for customer service online, no one ever reply to my inquiries, very unprofessional. what is the use of chat thing or email if no one ever reply to you. as far as i remember, I told and was informed it should be delivered directly to the receiver but how come it was given to a guard in the condo building. whats the use of choosing the way it will be delivered? i hope my package is not tampered for those days that it was not given directly to the receiver. never again to do business with lbc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get quotes for shipping via LBC cargo around September 2020.
The cashier(bald man with glasses) was asking me about my ethnic background then went on about a previous shipment involving another Latino sending drugs but what did that have to do with me exactly? Very unprofessional and I can't recommend anyone going here. Take your time and go to the branch in Bridgeport, the workers there are more professional and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to send money back home but I ended up going for another remittance centre. I went there with all my documents which they told me to bring over the phone but when I was there, they told me that my transaction is a lot to process and I should come back the next day. So I came back the next day but they did not process my business as they said it is too early. They also said my documents are incomplete which they already checked the day hefore. I was there at 0940 and they open at 0930. They told me I can come as soon as they open. Very poor service! It's like they don't know what they are doing.
