β β β β β Went there at the night time about 7 pm for a bubble tea. The milk tea is good but very disappoint about the tapioca. It was very hard and not sweet, you can tell the tapioca is old and not fresh

β β β β β We are regular customer and recently every time I or my husband order the β Green Tea Macchiato β always received the β Matcha Macchiato β , or I say βFresh toro milk teaβ always got the powder one instead the fresh Toro one.
I think the young lady who taking order for us need to recognize what drinks customer ordering, I donβt know her name but till today is 4th time I got the wrong drinks... Of course If I say please change for me the staff will do one of reason is I can see all the staff is busy and we are rush to go either.
I think it happens too often therefore I am posting here, hope the owner can do more training for their staff please.
1 stars just because too many mistake of taking order recently and sometimes they even donβt know whatβs their new drinks we have to keep repeat or point what we want to drink.
The service can be better.

β β β β β This bubble tea place is okay. It's a fairly standard menu and flavor of bubble tea, the pearls are also fairly standard as well. I've been here a few times now with different friends, personally I have not found anything on the menu that I really love. That being said his face is not bad and I would recommend people to try it at least once

β β β β β Chain bubble tea place. No difference than any other Coco. It being in Vancouver, it has the 25cents cup fee, as well as a paper bag fee of 15cents. They have a good selection of diff tea based drinks as well as fresh fruits drinks. They have exotic fruits like red dragon fruits if you are feeling adventurous. They have this QQ balls that's basically taro and yam based tapioca balls that's is different than other bbt places. Personally I prefer those over regular pearls

β β β β β Itβs like any other bbt place, but the staff are pretty cold here. Iβve been in lines where the staff just look at customers in front of me in silence, and the only interaction they get is the employee asking how theyβre going to pay.
Also, theyβre charging the extra $0.25 without the choice of using your own cups, even though that money is kept by the business and not some tax.
The drinks are not as good as what the hype is making it out to be, unless you really want to try their honey jelly.

β β β β β I used to live close by and would often go there whenever I craved milk tea. Service was excellent before, but now I feel there service is pretty much non-existent. I feel that service is not a value of theirs anymore. I don't get greeted or thanked whenever I come in store. Today, was even another disappointing experience. They open at 11:30am and I called 5 minutes after to place an order. After calling twice with no answer, I decided to place an order online through their website around 11:38am. I understand that they just opened and need time to start, but my order wasn't even confirmed for 20 minutes. I called multiple times with no luck, to try to cancel my order as there was no cancelation button online. My dad decided to just go to the place as we are not sure if we can get our refund. They were confused about an order being placed until I told them I placed an order online through their website. Finally the website showed from 'pending' to ' preparing'.
TLDR: DON'T order through their website unless you want troubles with your order.

β β β β β Awesome bubble tea joint! Coco is by far my favorite in all of Greater Vancouver!
The menu isn't huge, but a lot of professionalism is put into making and preparing your drinks and is customizable on sugar and ice for your preference.
Staff are very friendly, a nice comfy joint with a good COVID approach and therefore unfortunately no seating at present indoors.
As a vegan, I also love Coco as they also use a powdered milk and therefore does not contain dairy.
Also try the honey jelly topping on offer, it's super yummy!!
