β β β β β Tried this last night, nice little bubble tea shop. Was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. They made my order very fast and price seems reasonable. I tried the Thai Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea and it was great. The pearls are better than most other places. I look forward to trying other drinks here.

β β β β β The only drink here that I love is the capped brown sugar Thai milk tea..the regular milk tea tastes like water! No sweetness and no tea flavour whatsoeverβ¦not a fan sadly.

β β β β β Great service, friendly staff. Area is abit small however their drinks are super flavorful. Pearls are cooked to perfection. The price is pretty standard. Soft opening at the time I went but I would definitely go back!

β β β β β I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. Brown sugar pearl milk tea is always my favourite. I prefer to go to this location as the staffs are very nice and usually the wait time is less than 5 minutes :D

β β β β β 25 cent cup charge :( I cannot believe it has come to the point where a drink place would charge extra for thier cup. How else would I drink it without the cup? The business also does not seem to take reusable cups for the drinks so you're basically being forced to pay an additional fee for something that is part of the product. Not to mention the brown sugar pearl milk is already around 6 dollars, the same as other competitors. Ridicoulous what business has come to. Also, the pearls were very sweet but lacked the rounded flavour of xing fu tang's pearls, and the milk was a little too watery, maybe the fat content for the drink was too lown Would not visit this location again.

β β β β β Itβs one of my favorite bubble tea place in Vancouver. The brown sugar pearl milk tea, personally speaking, is the most popular drink in the store. It consists a milk tea base coming with tapioca pearls which makes a amazing taste.
