β β β β β Brown sugar milk tea was good. A bit on the sweeter side for my taste. Ordered online through a delivery app and I couldn't find the option to select the amount of sugar.

β β β β β The pearls are really mediocre and doesn't taste chewy, the milk tea is just brown sugar with milk, nothing special. Totally not worth the money after the taste have gone downhill the past year. Would recommend going to Chun Fun How or Coco.

β β β β β I think the last 4-5 times I have dropped in during business hours, they have been sold out of their marquee drink, the brown sugar pearl milk tea. It's your signature boba! How do you never have any! Even when available, the quality has really gone down hill in the last year or so.
There are better options in the area, such as 17 Degrees Cafe, Jenjudan, and Minus Cake Boutique.

β β β β β Absolutely terrible experience. Service was incredibly slow and of the four drinks we ordered two were completely unacceptable. They told us they had coconut jelly when in fact it was coconut pudding. Two completely different things! Ended up with a disgusting combination because coconut pudding does not go with grapefruit green tea. We also ordered the signature brown sugar pearl milk tea and it came out as foamy milk with pearls (also kinda gross). It was not sweet at all and did not taste of brown sugar. When we questioned why it wasn't sweet, we were simply told that they don't add sugar and this is the combination. After spending way too long trying to get four drinks, we left disappointed without insisting on anything as the employees clearly did not know how to handle any sort of complaint. What a waste of time and money.

β β β β β There's always an issue with this place.
Sometimes they can make my drink warm, sometimes they can't (exact same drink).
The staff have communication issues.
Sometimes the card machine is broken and you have to order through UberEats.
I asked for my drink to be warm and was told they cannot (ok fine). But they then proceeded to add a tonne of ice. Why would you do that when it's freezing outside? Why didn't you at least ask? It's undrinkable. I've paid $10 for watery milk and syrup.

β β β β β The best hand-made pearls in Vancouver, the tea is not as strong as I would like but still good. Love the alternative milk options including soy and buckwheat milk. Friendly helpful staff, clean location.

β β β β β Awesome Brown sugar milk tea. It was not sweet & the pearls are cooked perfectly. It was almost like drinking icecream.
It was so delicious, I finished it quickly & forgot to take a picture :)
Also, love the fun fortune set up.
