M	Melissa Fung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a weekday afternoon and there was no line outside, but there was a line of people inside waiting for their drinks. The cashier was quick and helpful at explaining the drinks, but the staff who make the drinks seem to be slow which causes the line to build. I ordered the bubble milk tea with pearls at perfect sugar and the dong ding oolong milk tea with grass jelly and light sugar. I was told that "Perfect" sugar was actually 70% and "Light" was 30% which seems like quite the jump since I was looking for a 50% sugar option which is not available. Regardless, when I got the drinks, you could smell the tea fragrance right away. These place really knows how to brew tea and the drinks were very good as well. The pearls were chewy and not mushy and the grass jelly was frashly made and not from a can. Overall, this place is good, but I'm not sure how often I would come back as they do charge you regular price and only give you a small cup, whereas other shops will give you a larger cup for the same price.
L	Lisa Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super delicious tea drinks from Taiwan. The king pearls do have a hint of unique brown sugar charcoal flavour. The teas are meticulously made and attention to detail is immaculate.
F	FORK IT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New bubble tea location in Burnaby. We got the brown sugar with fresh milk and the Taro Queen (taro milk tea with taro bubble). The taro was definitely our favorite! The tea quality is exceptional. Can't wait to come back for their summer drinks.
R	Raymond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Finally a bubble tea place that uses great tasting teas! First thing I noticed: they carefully weigh out the tea leaves, for each individual cup of tea. Then they put it into what looks like an espresso machine, I assume it applies pressure to rapidly steep out the tea flavours. I guess this gives each cup of tea more consistency, so they always taste the same. Got a green tea with cream this time, really enjoyed it. Will come back for sure to try all the other flavours.

The menu does not have a lot of items like most bubble tea places. We had the green tea with pearls, osmanthus oolong tea with taro balls and the pearl milk tea. I love the flavour and freshness of the green and black tea, also the taro balls were tasty. There were packages of tea for sale on the shelf. I wanted to buy them, but the staff could not find the price. I would come back again when I’m in the neighbourhood.

Immediately upon walking in, the aromatics of the teas are very prominent. Your BBT is literally prepped fresh to order. Staff carefully weighing out the tea leaves, then follow up w/ brewing it using their unique espresso looking machine. Ordered the Bubble Milk Tea (black tea) with less ice and less sugar. The black tea was very aromatic and pronounced. The pearls were also chewy and fresh. I really enjoyed it. We also ordered a Lemon Wonderland which was also fairly decent. Very authentic Taiwan tea vibes. Would return to try the other flavours. Give them a try!
