β β β β β Drinks are way too sweet. It kept me awake almost all night. Workers are also very disorganized. There was nobody in front of us and we waited for a long time for them to finish what they were doing.

β β β β β We recieved fresh pearls when ordering, but milk tea and fresh fruit tea seemed very watered down. If you are going to get bubble tea here I suggest getting the regular with slush. The best value and flavour.

β β β β β It is a place I have been going to for the past 6 or 7 years and I believe it is great although there are many tweaks. Like sometimes I would go there and there would be no straws in the straw holder which would make me ask one of the workers to refill it for the next costumers in line. As well they have messed up my order many times and sometimes "heard" something I hadn't said (order). As well many people order the same drinks and one time multiple people came in line behind me and ordered the same thing and I waited 20 minutes as they kept on taking the drink made for me. As well most of the time my cup would have a hole in it and the bubble tea would leak or the seal on the top would have a hole. And I like to flip my bubble tea upside down to move around the jellies and one time it there was a hole which spilled the bubble tea on my shoes. And when we sealed it again the same thing happened and it was unacceptable therefore I haven't gone in a year. Yes the bubble tea is delicious but the cups and materials should be secured.

β β β β β Little pricey for sure but overall pretty good. I find the girls who work there very pleasant. Drinks are good. Now that they have soy milk I am very happy. Taro slush with soy milk is so good !

β β β β β No only is the bubble tea average they also screwed up my order. Ordered a regular and was given small. I was cut in front by a couple when ordering and the staff looked at me and said nothing. Love bubble tea too much and they are the only store by the theatre

β β β β β It's a great boba place. The bubble tea is really good.
However, if you're just going to get bubble tea at Metrotown, I would recommend going to the other boba places (my personal favorite is upstairs next to the Starbucks that recently closed)
The employee that works there does their job as they should, but nothing too special.

β β β β β Big Orange is always my favorite Bubble Tea chain to go too. They always have the best tasting drinks and boba compared to other places, and I find you get the most for your money. Would be so sad if they ever closed all their stores. Bubble tea would never be the same for me.

β β β β β Understaffed..very slow.....takes less time to go through mcdonalds drive through than to get a bubble tea here...drink wasn't the best either..maybe all coffee bubble teas are really bitter??
