We were at this location on Saturday, May 30, and bought the black sugar tea latte and there was a giant dead fly in the drink. The nastiest part is also that I obviously didn’t anticipate this, and so I had to FISH THAT OUT OF MY MOUTH. After I fished it out of my mouth I almost gagged. I’m a loyal customer of this franchise but this is really horrifying. My boyfriend who ordered the same drink as me had almost finished his by then, and he almost threw up. Since this location seems to be off insta and Yelp, I DM'd to the official Yifang BC account. Of course, no reply. Posting here to warn anyone who might be going. If I had the fly in my cup, just think about it, the entire pot of black sugar pearls that day had been contaminated...

Lots to choose from and I have never been disappointed. Delicious teas with real fruit mixed into the cup which is nice to nibble on after your drink is finished. You can customize your tea by choosing the amount of ice and sweetness that you desire. I have never had an issue with staff and have always had good service. They do not take credit card which I find irritating. They lost a star as It can be crazy expensive and I question the cost each time I buy a cup but I continue to come back. I don't like the fact that they use plastic cups and straws and I think that they should be more environmentally sustainable; if I stop being a patron here this will probably be the reason.

Unfortunately, I had to learn the lesson that not all options on the menu were the ones that make the place look good. I ordered the Wintermelon tea with some pearls, because who doesn't like some bubble tea once in a while? What I got was basically sugar water. It tasted nothing like any sort of fruit. Maybe the wintermelon naturally tastes this way, but it really reminded me of picking up my cup at home to drink water only to realize my siblings pranked me by adding a buttload of sugar inside. And they say that option is sugar fixed! ??? I'll order smarter next time.
