The baby girl gift basket was so cute - full of great items for the parents and baby, which is exactly what I was looking for but couldn't find elsewhere. And we were able to customize the basket by adding flowers and other goodies, so it was truly unique. Carmen is so patient and easy to deal with. She quickly responded to my request and was able to deliver the beautiful gift basket to my friend's house in less than 24 hours. Plus she kept me up-to-date at each stage to ensure all my questions were answered. My friend absolutely loved the gift basket and flowers and said they made her afternoon. The handwritten card was such a nice touch, too.
