I	Iryna Pauliukova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest with you if there was a "0" stars option I would use it now. The seller does not give you the full information regarding the plan for the GPS. After free of charge period was over, seller-Franky from THINKRACE gave me 2 options: I could buy an annual subscription for $20.00 per month or I could pay $40.00 per month on monthly basis. During first few months GPS was offline 30% of the time, battery lasted for 2 days maximum. So by the end of the free of charge period I was not sure if I wanna pay $240.00 for the year knowing that GPS might be off 30% of time. So I chose to pay $40.00 per month. In November of 2020 I was pretty much fed up with the useless device that was offline 50% of time and after contacting the seller regarding the issue I was said that I have to pay the invoice for $214.00 explaining that monthly payment for using device did not go through. I said to Franky that I do not want to use THINKRACE's services after Nov 22nd. My credit card got charged 3 more times after November 22nd - (3*$40.00) = $120.00 I contacted THINKRACE asking to reimburse the charges because I did not use GPS. Seller - Franky had been making all sorts of excuses and still making excuses in order to avoid reimbursing me for those 3 payments. I would not recommend buying from this seller to anyone, neither I recommend the GPS GT 350 because 50% of time it does not work Regards Iryna
L	Les Connor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been using the 12v vehicle tracking devices for 4 years now, and are very satisfied. We are a seasonal operation, so purchase 6 months service and then they're unused for 6 months. We've not had any problems reactivating them each year.
