This place was so yummy! Had a great dinner, with delicious drinks, and the service was absolutely amazing. We were at the Main Bar, and the guy taking care of us was fast, efficient, and super fun. He did a great job, and made a delicious dinner even better!

Came here for dinner last night. The place was fully booked. The manager was really nice enough to get us a table inside. The service was really good and our server did such a great job managing all her tables. The kids loved their kids past dishes which were Mac and cheese and Fettuccine Alfredo. The Caesar salad was good the freshly grated parmesan was nice. The lamb shank was not good. It was under cooked which made it chewy. It was not fall off the bone at all. Lamb shank should be very tender and if it was cooked longer it would have been good. The risotto was so good too and the side of vegtables were tasty but the main lamb was a huge let down. We read the reviews on their signature truffle spaghetti. We had high hopes and that was a let down. I didn't taste any truffle at all and the meat balls were under seasoned and had not much flavour to them. It just made the dish very flat. For the past platter the Pesto Gnocchi was not good. The pesto flavour was very weak no garlic and no basil. The gnocchi also was just a big clump of pasta. Not sure if it was hand made. The Zeppole al Cioccolato was a huge fail. My kids ate a few but when we tried it, it was under cooked. The donut in the centre was still very doughy. It was a nice restaurant and the service was good. Just some of the dishes lacked execution.

Ordered the brussell sprouts, truffle cream pasta, calamari, and caesar salad. Great service, great price on Pasta Tuesdays, quick to be seated.

We sat at the bar table near the pizza oven and drink station, so got to see some action. Saw our pizza accidentally get packaged into a box, put on the delivery side table and then later taken back out and put on a plate and given to us. So the dough was a little soggier than fresh out of the oven. But still good flavour

I had the ragu which I thought was very well done. Prices are a little high but they have a pasta Tuesday deal which is well worth it. Beautiful dishware. We had great service! Parking can be tricky on the street level but there’s pay parking underground.

Not many people for dinner. I feel their brunch is better. We ordered two kinds of platters. Food is a bit salty. Paid $4 for 2 hours underground parking. In pandemic, you want to stay as much time as you can to meeting with friends & family. If the restaurant could offer free parking, I think it'll be more popular.

I recommend you make dinner reservations especially if it’s close to the weekend. We missed the happy hour which is from 2 – 5 pm or from 9 pm til closing. They have a good selection on the menu. The best value was the 3 type of platter dishes – 1) Antipasto – enough for 2 to 3 people 2) Pasta platter – looked delish but no one wanted to share with me 3) Carne platter. I saw other tables ordering the antipasto platter so we did the same. Our other diner had the braised lamb with risotto. The meat was cooked to perfection (the meat fell off the bone) as promised by our server. Another diner had a popular spaghetti and meatballs in truffle cream. There was something about the meatballs that wasn’t wowing. Service was great especially asking the server for recommendations. If you can’t choose, ask your server. The challenge is parking. There is no free parking. They’re located on the busy intersection on the northeast corner of Willingdon and Kingsway. Not far from Metrotown Mall.

Trattoria is definitely worth a try on a Tuesday, which is when their pastas are $16. On any other day, it would not be worth it to pay above $20 for their pasta dishes. Otherwise, the portions are not bad and the Spaghetti and Signature Meatballs with truffle cream sauce and Short Rib Pappardelle were the highlights of our dinner.
