★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this supposed to be a 5 star but because of today's incident wherein I got called to an emergency at work and I have to have my appointment be rescheduled. Unfortunately, I have to pay them $75 to be rescheduled. Working in the medical field that requires your time on a STAT basis is difficult to manage especially wherein you have to deal with life and death all the time. It was never intentional to have it re scheduled and I think it is reasonable as I got called this morning to deal with someone else's life that was at stake but still unacceptable on their part. A policy is a policy as what they said but at least find it reasonable first prior to asking payment to your customers. Not worth recommending to be honest. If you can find other clinics out there with better policy, go for it. This clinic would be your last resort or will never consider this clinic if your schedule is as like mine that is always unpredictable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished up with my first appointment here; my hygienist was extremely kind and very thorough with cleaning, and patiently listened to my blathering. :) Dr. Lee was also very knowledgable and recommended just what I needed to take care of my smile better. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I connected with the office manager via call today i.e. Jan 26, 2022 just few minutes ago to place my practicum student. Office manager named Dabbie was so rude. Immense disrespect and insult is what someone will get if they talk with such a office manager. I would request Dr. Andy S Lam to look into this and take strict action towards such a insulting staff member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been 4 times, always great communication, dr lam is professional and makes sure there is no pain, Debbie the receptionist is always up front and understanding if you need to change appointment times.
I highly recommend joyce dental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really sad to leave this review because everyone I met here was *so* nice - but unfortunately, I got a filling replaced by one of their techs and my teeth have not fit together since.
Chewing was a nightmare and I had headaches from how the new filling sat in my mouth so I called to get an adjustment and they got me in the next day - great! But even after my free touchup, my teeth still don't fit together right! Sometimes when I bite down wrong while eating, the filling will jut into my upper teeth and cause pain, and overall it feels like there's no comfortable way for me to close my mouth.
I had braces as a kid and I've never had bite issues in my adult life until now. The staff are really nice here and you'll probably be fine if you just go in for a cleaning, but if you need anything more serious, go somewhere else! I need to find a new dentist to fix my mouth now :(
