β β β β β I do not know why people are giving such a low rate to this dental clinic, Dr.Tonia is very passionate about her job and she definitely know what she's doing. The receiptionist are polite and nice. The clinic also provides discounts on every Tuesday for general cleaning and it saves me a lot. Definitely will come again!

β β β β β Dr Tonia Huo is unprofessional !!! I came here for support for my friend and she kept yelling at my friend for no reason. Tonia doesn't know how to speak english properly and doesn't know how to treat or care for others. She likes using up your insurance and taking your money beware of her. Yes her receptionist is bazar and rude she needs to learn english and manners. I wonder how she passed dental school when she sucks so bad.

β β β β β Do not ever go to this clinic!
Dr. Huo is horrible. I guess her major is not dentist but commerce. She only knows how to use up your insurance :( I have done teeth filling 3 times. Twice with dr.Huo. The first time she used one shot of anesthetic, I did not know much about teeth filling, so I went for the 2nd time for another teeth filling. The 2nd time there was another dentist, he said u donβt need anesthetic at all, itβs only teeth filling and itβs not very serious with ur teeth. The 2nd time was good. However, when I went for the 3rd time, it was dr. Huo again! She used 2 shots of anesthetic for only two teeth! After the 3rd time, I always feel sore when I use those two teeth, even when Iβm chewing gum. I went to the clinic to check my teeth. Dr. Huo said my teeth were cracked, and said the crack was due to myself. I was like???? I didnβt do anything?! And they refused to admit that it was bc dr. Huo didnβt control her strength that cause my teeth cracking;( Literally, I cannot use those two teeth anymore, or Iβll feel very sore.

β β β β β Went here for my grandpas root canal 2 months ago . First of all the recpentionist was very rude and i could not understand a word she said. She kept yelling at me and told me I'm asian and i should know how to speak mandarin . I am Vietnamese and i just came to get my grandpa a root canal fixed. The dentist Tonia Huo was very rude and put too much pressure on my grandpa. She never asked him if he was ok . I would never recommend this dental office to anyone !!! Tonia was very unprofessional and so was her receptionist !! I don't think she knew what she was doing to be honest we ended up leaving and going to a specialist because she was that bad !!

β β β β β Went here as they are my whole family's dentist. The dentists don't speak english very well and had some major communication issues. General cleaning and filing is alright, very cheap compared to other clinics. I had 2 extractions here and got infected after 2 weeks. They just gave me more meds and mouthwash until eventually the swelling was gone. Second time I came in to complain about the same Wisdom Tooth area that was having severe pain issue, had some miscommunication and dentist decided to open me up instead of conducting an xray first. Personally disappointed with the outcome and recently decided to change dental clinics. Should've followed my gut and changed dentists after the first issue!!

β β β β β Avoid going there at any cost!
My wife had the wisdom teeth extraction there. As a result, the tooth next to the extracted tooth is damaged, and the nerve is exposed in the air. Now whenever my wife drinks cool water, or even inhales air through her mouth she feels sore. It is going to cost thousands of dollar to fix it and it is a permanent damage to my wife! I am damn angry about it!
My wifeβs friend had teeth filling there too and now two of her teeth are cracked! At first Dr.Ton denied the responsibility but few days later she somehow agree to fix the problem for her. Again Dr. Ton failed to fix the right teeth and the problem remains. My wifeβs friend still unable to use those two teeth to eat.
Based on our experience, Dr.Ton is not focusing on how to fix your problems. Instead she is more interested in burning all of your insurance benefits. She abuses anesthetic even in teeth filling. She asked my brother in law to take x-ray twice this year just because he has some extra insurance benefit.
We are thinking about suing her for her misconduct right now. Please avoid going there before any bad things happen to you or your family. The damages are permanent.

β β β β β Highly recommend Dr. Huo. She was very meticulous in her work, and had a very kind demeanor. My teeth were in poor condition and I felt badly about them, and in just 5 visits they feel great. I also got my wisdom teeth removed here by Dr Huo, and I was amazed by her skills. It literally took 15 seconds each, and I didn't really feel any pains after. I would highly recommend her for anyone that needs to get their wisdom teeth removed.

β β β β β Avoid this place at all cost. The dentist Tonia Huo is unprofessional. I had dental cleaning for 45 mins but she charged me for one hour and 15 mins. I was surprised by the price and I asked why she overcharged me. The answer I got from her is ridiculous... She basically told me that since there were two people (one hygienist and one assistant) did my dental cleaning, a 30 min scaling would cost me an hour worth of scaling because two people were involved in my cleaning (usually only one people does the cleaning). I have never heard of this pricing policy elsewhere and I do not understand how this dental clinic is still operating!!
