★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place with fun atmosphere and very affordable drinks! Unfortunately, this past Saturday night, the DJ did not mix well...the songs were awesome and you could dance for a minute and then a wind down would happen before each new song. Every time...which is awkward on the dance floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give zero stars, worst experience ever. We've got a ticket and stayed in line for an hour, then they had another line for the ones who paid more. It's embarrassing for Boodang to hold their events in cheap venues like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible venue - gorgeous decor features, ipen concept ceiling vibes and the dark tones give a classy night vibe feel to Sub Rosa. Only drawback is the entrance - at the aim of exclusivity, I think the mark had been missed. The entrance from the main strip of Stephen Ave is not well directed, you sort of have to already know where it is or ask someone. Spent 10 min walking around trying to find it on my first visit. Other than that, rad spot for an evening hang and a cocktail or two

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, dead atmosphere. We went with a group of 14 and were forced to order bottle service that we didn’t want after we had already ordered $200 worth of drinks. Our service was terrible, the server said we had no choice but to get bottle service but failed to mention this before we ordered $200 worth of drinks. Literally no one there but us. Staff did nothing to make us feel comfortable or valued. Was super awkward when we arrived. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ definitely we enjoyed the songs and we danced. Worth trying. Just be aware the tip is on the bill if you have a table. We ended paying 40 percent tip!
