★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy guarding the elevator was extremely rude. I rolled my ankle and he told me to take the staircase. I showed them my full medical record as well. Terrible customer service. Don’t ever come here, major discrimination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here twice for lunch and dinner. My friends ordered some burgers and I ordered short ribs with rice dish for lunch and salmon dish for dinner. My dishes were delicious and I enjoyed it. Service at lunch was good, however, during dinner they were very busy so the service was very slow and the server forgot the my friend’s order multiple times. We still enjoyed the ambient and food, but just got let down by the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 11:45 and left after 1.5 hours after kitchen forgot our order several times. The restaurant turned over while we were there. Server was nice but sounds like the kitchen is a mess. Safe to say, we will think twice when booking corporate events here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit to a restaurant this year and it was so disappointing. After 25 minutes, and 2 different times going up asking for service, we finally were able to place our order. All we wanted was water for drinks and that took 10 minutes to get to us. It took another half an hour to get our food and the waiter blamed it on the Kitchen Manager for scheduling a Stampede briefing session at lunch rush so the kitchen was short staffed! Just like a server to blame it on the kitchen - not cool. The wait staff were very clearly totally disorganized, had no idea what section they were supposed to work. Absolutely the worst service I think I’ve ever had and they didn’t get my order right or offer any kind of discount for the wait or errors. There are so many restaurants that need our patronage…. don’t go to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landed in Calgary this evening from Toronto and went straight to this establishment for dinner. Ordered bunch of drinks and food to share, however got a piece of glass in my salad. The server went straight to manager and they took the salad and two of our drinks off the bill. The manager never came to the table to apologize, I only saw his head poking out the kitchen and looking at our table. The server didn’t even try talking to me instead was talking to my girlfriend. I personally feel the situation has been handled poorly and the glass in my salad could potentially cost my health.
