Paula is not only one of the kindest persons I have ever met but also a careful and kind professional, with a lot of expertise and skills. She definitely knows her job well and is a high-standard services provider.
She took me in the studio perfectly on time and went above and beyond my expectations, making sure I would leave there happy and certain I felt better about my eyebrows upon leaving. This was the fastest result (and rather effective) for my eye brows design I ever got!
Not to mention that her music taste is impeccable: soft and relaxing Brazilian MPB for a very nice loungy atmosphere, where you can just lay back and wait for her to do her wonderful work.
Her studio is located in a great place, easily accessible through transit (New West SkyTrain station is just opposite her studio entrance), car (lots of parking, one being across the studio), bus stops all around it and easy to reach walking if you find yourself in New West downtown.
I most definitely recommend her!

I`ve been at Studio Paula Fortuna a couple of times and never didn't have a chance to provide an honest review.
Paula is an AMAZING professional. She is so kind and extremely professional and expert in what she does. From body waxing to nano blading. The experience at her Studio is a MUST!
I`ve tried 4 different brow specialists around the lower mainland and none of them even got closer to what Paula provided. My brows now have a natural and perfect appearance and I`m very glad I had found Paula.
Wherever Paula is, I will be her client.
Strongly recommend her!
