It was dry and damaged and I wasn't sure what to do with it. She answered all my questions knowledgably and helped me find a hairstyle that would frame my face and lengthen my neck. A wonderful experience! Thank you Sayge!

Her calm and easy going demeanour puts a smile on my face and I always leave Zoom a happier person. She is an expert when it’s comes to both cutting and colour and I always know I’m in good hands when I come see her at Zoom.

I had a very positive experience at Zoom and when I am in town and need a hair cut I will definitely try to schedule another hair cut with Raven.

Nobody is their last mistake and Zoom has demonstrated a commitment to their customers that's admirable. * The studio did my hair, the cut was uneven, and they're now saying I have to wait for them to fix the mistake they made. The manager, Andie, who should be the one to take the time to fix what mistakes the employees she's in charge of made, refused to do so when I messaged them to let them know I'd be coming in to get the cut corrected. When I asked for a refund, she said she couldn't authorize it. So, if she can neither render the service I need nor issue a refund, what is the point of her, exactly? I spend nearly $100 and this is the service I get? The stylist offered to stay later in the evening tomorrow, which is good since it means this will be taken care of eventually, but it also means I get to walk around all day tomorrow with this haircut that shouldn't take more than five minutes to fix. Also, if the stylist can stay after to get this done tomorrow, why can't the manager stay after to get this done today? Is Andie's time more valuable than the stylist's she manages? Not only is she demonstrating disrespect to a customer, but she's demonstrating disrespect toward her co-workers. This person lacks the leadership qualities necessary for her position. Completely unacceptable.

She has given me all sorts of short hair styles from super short to shoulder length and creative styles when I wanted long hair - all the way to my mid back. I've always been happy with every visit. Highly recommend Lindsey and Zoom!

Zoom Hair Studio didn't fail my expectation. Andie was my stylish and her mentor was Natalia. I came there hoping for a transforming cut - about chin-length razor bob but. While washing my hair, Andie said something about that she'd cut my hair right since she also has naturally curly hair and also experienced disappointing haircut before. I was cheerful yet was not expecting too much as honestly it was my first time with this studio. During the whole cutting and styling process, Andie showed her dedication to her job by constant consulting with her mentor - Natalia and carry out her cut as advised. I'm grateful for these ladies for their knowledges about hair and their skills. Natalia has lots of experience and aesthetic advice and she's willing to share with Andie to give me the best haircut. Andie was willing to learn from Natalia and then cut and styled my hair the best she can. The way they worked together gave me a good impression about the whole team at Zoom Studio - a group of creative and talented hairdressers who are willing to learn new things and do their best for their customer. Natalia and Andie's idea eventually turned out to surprise me with strong curls I've never seen before on my hair. They brought new joy to me through that haircut. I went from mousy brunette to a bright copper. It looks breathtaking in real life. I get stopped on the street for compliments daily when I get my hair done. absolutely worth it!
