★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terry is smart.......but cursory prepared, meaning he tries to glean the facts too quickly and was woefully unprepared. He has an itchy hurried way of doing things. And when under scrutiny of a prepared attorney he folds quickly.....find someone you can actually talk to and listens to you!
