They show a lot support for female and indigenous owned brands. They carry everything from house wears, cleaning products, beauty products, gifts and so much more. I would highly recommend checking out The Refill Stop!

They sell an assortment of local, sustainable and unique products and are very knowledgeable of each of them. I highly recommend this cute little shop to any ecologically-conscious consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location, friendly staff, and lots of cool items. Much more expensive than any other refill location, though.
I paid more for a refill than I would just buying the items brand new (at that same store) which defeats the purpose of refilling to save a container. I will be sticking to the Port Moody Refillery in the future.
Edit: Changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars because I think responding to Google reviews is good customer service.
I appreciate the response and it's good to know how you do things. There is quite a bit of vacant space in the jar, regardless of whether or not it's to the top. Maybe measuring the jar beforehand for more transparency would be good. PMR has a standard rate for refills on deodorant and I appreciate knowing that information ahead of time so I can budget accordingly. Thanks!

In the past, I would drive to “The Soap Dispensary” on Main St in Vancouver (also very good but also very busy with long wait times on occasion), so I’m overjoyed that a similar shop focussing on quality consumable goods with minimal packaging has set up shop in New Westminster where I live. Staff at “The Refill Shop” were very helpful providing advice by steering me to locally produced goods minimizing my carbon footprint, reducing unnecessary waste, and were knowledgeable about their products. Bonus: they have a side gig selling cool record albums (yes, vinyl!) at the back of the store. Music buffs will have a kick at perusing their collection for sale while having their containers refilled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soaps, shampoos, conditioners, cleaning supplies galore! I was most excited about finding a leave in conditioner in bulk. A wide selection of cleaning brushes, dish blocks etc.The layout inside is simple and easy to maneuver, conveniently located right off a SkyTrain for a quick commute too! We know our way around a bulk store and the staff were incredibly helpful in showing us the process and ensuring we were comfortable refilling our jars.

Staff is friendly and provides kind, knowledgeable, and honest customer service without any pressure to buy, which makes it easy to ask really basic questions and try something new. I don't regret a single product/refill I've bought here, and I think that's because of their fantastic customer service and the testers in-store. I've only ever received five-star service here (even when I've been in a hurry), which, combined with their competitive pricing, has me happy to make an errand of commuting here for my refills.
