★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sowing circle in the back must be commended for the hard work they do everyday to sort and correctly mark all the items and donations and profits are well spent supporting those who need so much more.
From a 20y in business admin and auditing perspective, I don't believe good will and early boomers will keep this profitable. Sadly, they were forced to raise prices when the landloard renovated this Sapperton gem.
There are NO deals here. Items 3$ blocks away are $12 here. And then there is the curmudgeonly shuffling old staffer that started rearranging my sholderd bag I was carrying without asaking.
NEVER TOUCH ANYONE'S BELONGINGS WITHOUT ASKING! Blind, this is a serious security threat and the white cane is made of sold metal. Grow up already, or pass on.
The donations are so picked over, some old bat put her fur shall in the display window. Not for sale, but no sign. So customers keep asking and she feels important.
It's really sad that they chose a prime location uptown. This was obviously the last nail that has doomed this once admirable place.
