★ ★ ★ ★ ★ constant elevator outages, fire alarm is connected to the skytrain station so it goes off all hours of the day and night, so bad to the point where in the month of feb. atleast one of the elevators was out of service 16 days out of month with nothing more than "thank you for you understanding" and patronizing remarks on twitter. 0 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in the building for quite some time now. I will say the managers of this building are super nosey and make people feel uncomfortable if they are visiting. On multiple occasions my guests have been questioned coming into this building. They are my guests I have physically buzzed them in from the enterphone code I was provided yet they can barely get by the building management not feeling uncomfortable. I didn’t realize it was the job of the building managers to cross examine a tenants guests. I find it unprofessional and over stepping their boundary. This has been done by both managers. A change in management is needed in this building or even relocate them to sit somewhere else instead of in a place where they think cross examining guests is okay. They need an office located somewhere other then the lobby. It’s very uncomfortable. Fire Alarm being attached to the sky train is also extremely in convenient causing many alarms to go off that have nothing to do with this building. Days and days of elevator issues taking 20/25 mins to even get to my floor. I do not suggest buying or renting here. Not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every day and night even at dawn, I’m struggling with the fake fire alarm. It has been almost a month. Extremely irritating. This apartment makes my every morning stressful.
If this fake lasts longer, who will get out of their room when real fire happen?
