★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in at around 1pm and ordered a english muffin sausage & egger. The cashier told me that they didn't have sausage so I ordered the English muffin bacon egger. He then told me that they didn't have breakfast when the menu clearly says it's all day. So I told him it said all day. He then said he could ask his manager and she told him yes to my original order.
I opened my order when I got home to find out that he didn't give me the English muffin sausage & egger, But the regular buns

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for delivery off of skip the dishes. This is by far the WORST order I have ever received! Missing an entire whole meal (burger, fries, and drink missing) and the items that did arrive.... Horrific! Didn't follow directions of no onions, the bacon is uncooked and smells rotten, and everything else tastes like it's over 12hrs old and stale ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm appulled greatly by the lact of customer service. These employees need more training. Also have bathrooms available for customers it's ridiculous this place doesn't. I had a upset stumic and was sent away even if they had a available staff bathroom still refused me to use it. I have a health condition instead I felt mocked for it. Never will I buy from this location again. I was going to but I will take my service elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience here as there were two very rude male workers , they weren't friendly towards me . At 6:30pm June 1st , also the restaurant was very dirty a female customer had to ask one of them to clean the table and chairs where she was going to enjoy her meal . He Said (very rudely) we just cleaned them , they are very unprofessional especially in customer service . I love coming here for a meal and when the other a&w workers are here , so friendly and they keep the place clean . They make me feel welcome , and now I will not be a customer if they are working .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Three were standing around doing nothing. I came in to get a coffee but had to use the restroom. They saw me walk by but didn't buzz the door. When I asked to use the washroom one of them said "out of order" the other said "customers only". I told them I was getting a coffee, and they literally refused to allow me to use the washroom until I paid for my coffee. I understand the washroom is for customers only but if your staff don't have the ability to read a situation perhaps some better training is in order. I work in delivery and constantly use restaurant washrooms and no staff have ever been so rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management seems to have taken a vacation from this A &W location. After waiting almost 15 minutes for a mozza burger and a teen burger combo, I had to correct the workers as they tried to give me the wrong order, twice. Then I watched as the burgers sat for five minutes as I waited for them to cook the fries. Only too watch the fries sitting there and me having to ask one of the five employees standing around if I could have my order. Best cold burgers I've had in a long time. The fries were hot .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst a and w location ever. I ordered two sausages and egg and instead they give me bacon. They claimed I confirmed it and said I ordered bacon. I am not blind I saw the screen and it said sausage. They took forever just to remake it. Not coming back to any location. The food sucks and it’s over priced. 15 dollars for breakfast? rather take a home cooked breakfast and pay the same amount and healthier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly upset, it was April 4th, just 2 days into Ramadan, as i am Muslim. So I specifically asked for the uncle burger with cheese but no bacon, for my religious beliefs. They still gave me bacon, and it was pretty empty in there and i only ordered one burger, it was not a bunch of custom things.
