Still they are not sure if they will get it by then , Not buying from them again ☹️

The manager Charlie handled my order with kindness and in a professional manner. I was very happy that Charlie searched all of Ontario to find me two swivel chairs that had been discontinued. He searched diligently, right up to hours before he was to leave for his vacation. This was not my first positive experience with the Kitchener store, in the past his staff have been most helpful cheerful people . Kudos to the Barrie store, Manager Zach, who was also working in the background to find the chairs. People really can’t beat the prices … very satisfied *****

When speaking with the third party delivery company, I was informed that they only deliver to your door and that I am responsible for bringing it inside and setting it up. I have a physical disability that will make this almost an impossibility, so I will have to hire another company just to bring it inside. When I called the store and spoke to Tom, he said I should have been more aware of their policies as a customer. When I requested financial compensation for my trouble, he hung up on me. Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. I will NEVER shop at this store again and I will advise against anyone else shopping here as well.

In October called and this was pushed to January, called in December and now the date is April. Offering full refund of deposit, but what I really want is an accurate idea of when the bed will come. I really do want this product but I’m nervous it will never come. Not a store issue, but a company supply and estimate issue. Take this into consideration when ordering out of stock items here. Update: item will be delivered next week so mid May. So 7 months later than estimate.

But after spending more than half an hour in a store and not even seeing an employee, and feeling like maybe someone left the doors open and nobody is even there, that's a bit problematic ? We did have a question about a product but it was a ghost town in terms of where the employees were at. No problem. We'll just go online. Isn't that what most employees do not want these days? ?‍♀️ Apparently this company doesn't care either way.

The guy who helped me is a wonderful salesman! He was relatable, caring, honest and even went as far as looking up stores and suggesting to us were to go. It's a shame I couldn't make him a sale but he said he would rather see us get what we needed ontime then make a sale because it was for my son's birthday.
