★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend The Brick’s Mattress Store in Cambridge. Branden was so helpful and his patience level was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time showing you all your options. Never felt like he was pressuring us into a purchase nor did he make us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. He allowed us to take our time and test as many mattresses as needed. He gave his recommendations and reasons why. He spent us much time as need with us and the others that entered his store. Thank you Branden and can’t wait to pick up our purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this rating is due to bad customer service from delivery guy who damaged my property during delivery and kitchener store who declined property damage even it was written on invoice that property got damaged during delivery.
They took off railing during delivery and delivery guy was very smart he said he is going to add comment that property got damaged during delivery and i will follow up with store and asked me to sign of invoice so he will submit it. He asked me to sign at 4 places and i did where 1 of column was no property damage and i did not read it.
When i called the store they declined by saying why did i sign at a place where it was written no damage.
i signed because i read delivery guy comment that railing came off during delivery.
Now i have to take help from lawyer. Because if i can pay 2500$ for mattress then i can get this railing fixed too. But its matter of right and wrong thing. Shame!!!!
i am returning their mattress and will never get any delivery from The Brick.
Tony from cambridge store is very helpful. If you will buy anything from The Brick never get delivery from their guys. Pay extra from outside to have professionals so there will be no property damage

I am happy I took the time to stop in as I had considered just ordering something online. Having been the first ever mattress store I have been to it was a very good experience, the process was easy and I never felt pressured to buy anything. He was able to explain the different options so I could come to a good decision for what I was looking for. Thanks again for all your help! I can definitely say The Brick will be my first stop again whenever I am in need of a replacement.
