★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using these people for over 13 years. Generally have had great service from them but get there in the afternoon only to find a line up outside the door. People said they'd been outside a while. As I needed a plate to pick up a vehicle in Edmonton I couldn't afford to wait that long so I drove less than 10 minutes to Drayden in Spruce Grove and got everything done there in literally 5 minutes.

I would suggest that anyone complaining about them, did not have proper documents to get their requested service. I love my service here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful when open. Although for a government run business they are no excuses for informing clients when the office is closed during regular business hours. I’m not upset it’s closed. The issue is in todays world there is no excuses not informing your clients. We showed up at 10:30, 2 hrs after your opening, yet no notice on the door, phone or google that your closed. Only looking now it’s been updated. So it’s clear you could have noted on google of the closer for safety of your staff and your clients.
