Great quality aswell and they added a cute little hand written thank you card which I found so sweet. I have found my chain and charms supplier β€οΈ Will definitely purchase from them again and 100% recommend to everyone.

β β β β β Well, I can only say that it was a total and wonderful surprise. I do work that requires attention from many whose help I seek. Dana, the owner, well .. she had it. Attention, knowledge, and genuine interest. Products are of high quality, prices make sense, and a lot of positive energy. The latter is much more important for an artist than the expense or practical inconvenience.

β β β β β I just discovered Stones and Findings a few days ago when my local Ottawa supplier was out of stock of sterling silver chains and I needed them for a client ASAP. I placed my first order with Gail over the phone since there was an issue with my online attempt. Gail was extremely helpful and also welcomed me to their store while I was on the phone. When I received my package (two days after placing my order) I found a branded reusable tote bag and a hand written thank you card from Gail welcoming me to Stones and Findings. I may be a new client but I will definitely be doing business with Gail (and Sarah) in the future. I look forward to a long business relationship! ??

I was further amazed when I received my package. The packaging was meticulous. They made sure your products wouldn't be damaged during transit. This just shows how professional they are and how serious they are about their customers experience.
Onto the purchase itself, I am happy with the products and the quality.
