★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. Ordered products via the phone, they special ordered what they didn't have, found a substitute for discontinued product and shipped it to my home. They even serged around the perimeter of the fabric before shipping. Beautiful store to visit if you are close!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this little shop! The variety and selection is huge. I am fairly new to needle crafts, and the lady helped me immensely. She took the time to tell me the difference in fabrics, showed me patterns, and even helped me pick out a scrap to practice on! She showed me some new tools I might use to make it easier. She even set me up in the system to track my purchases so if I forget, I will still be able to buy the colors or fabrics I need. I feel much better about supporting small local business as opposed to big chains like Michael's. I don't understand the people who said they had a bad service, as I have always felt welcome in this shop.
