About Cuore Di Mamma
Our Story
Cuore di Mamma first opened its doors back in 2018. Rosella, the owner, had just moved from Italy and wanted to share her passion for Italian food with the world. And since then Cochrane, Alberta has been the home to this little italian shop.
Since then we have established ourselves as Cochrane’s own itallian food store thanks to our delicious made in-house pizza dough, pasta, meatballs, and lasagna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this little Italian Store in Cochrane, everything they have is great quality! the homemade pasta is delicious and the pizza Dough is the best and easiest way to make pizzas at home! In addition they have nice variety of good charcuterie. Great place to visit at least once a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this gem on a walk...had passed a few times on previous walks and it caught my attention since I'm a huge fan of Italian food and a good espresso!
parking lot was clean and access to the store uncluttered. I was greeted promptly with a smile and a hello. Great selection of sandwiches but have yet to indulge! The coffee was great I ordered a double espresso and it was delivered quickly and for a reasonable price. Will be back on a regular basis to taste the sandwiches on the menu and maybe taste a pastry or two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding food and service. Picked up charcuterie meats and cheeses, olives, mushroom salad and house baked bread for a family breakfast for about 30 people. Price was reasonable and order was exactly as expected. Enjoyed their meat ball sandwich two days in a row. Thank you Tony!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot love this place more. I make focaccia and mine is 2/10 compared to mama’s. The quality of their meats has taken my charcuterie board to the next level. Her passatas are impeccable. Her homemade baby mozzarella is to die for. Get in there and check it out!! Just WOW and such nice people.
