★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always visited the place, but this morning I ordered grande rose tea latte. When I took the first sip, it became coffee taste like. And no tea bags in my cup. I am very surprised that how could they made this kind of mistake, and it will be hard for me to go get a change be cuz I already started working. To manager, please make a good training of your staff. Your customer came with expectation of receiving the right taste! Waste of money

Staff did not acknowledge, greet nor offer a service apology after you were waiting and just standing there watching them fidget with timers and computer related tasks. Not what you would normally automatically receive from a retail place that provides a service. A lack of attention to basic customer service etiquette. At least a “I will be with you shortly”. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother coming here if you're a wheelchair user. Also they like to block the outside path with their tables and chairs limiting accessibility to other stores in the area. They also block off their bathroom to wheelchair users by keeping stock boxes in the hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to buy the summer release tumblers for me my friend and my sister. I didn't understand the barista’s rudeness then, but the caucasian guy with dyed hair at the cashier wouldn’t look me in the eye. Thanked him after purchasing and he just walked away like he didn’t hear me and had a glum look of disgust on his face. Dear barista, you may have jumped to concluding that I’m a cup reseller. NOT everyone is like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturday crew is a joke, I’m a regular here since I only live a block and I find that the Saturday crew always messes up on my drinks.
For example, I order an ice coffee with milk today through mobile order so there’s no way they could’ve misread it or anything, they didn’t add any milk and it was just black coffee with ice.
Wouldn’t recommend coming here on a Saturday but any other day is fine.
