Nice café to have a coffee break and study!! It’s located by Joyce station and their key lime cheesecake is great. Cozy and good location cafe here.

The vibe in the cafe is pretty calm and aesthetic. The temperature is kinda chilly in the evening. Busy rush hours are a bit noisy as usual. I ordered mocha which came out kinda similar to a sg shot latte as in less chocolate flavor. Loved the soup of the day - flavorful The sandwich bread is so crispy and tasty but the sauce is really rich. I would love it more toasted.

I had lunch with my daughter on a Friday. It was surprisingly busy at 1:00. We ordered salmon & cheddar daily soup. Both were lukewarm, not hot. It was good but would be better hot. We shared a pulled pork sandwich. It was yummy but could be a bit bigger for the price. I ordered the Chai latte which came sweet. That was surprising since most people prefer to have an option not to have sugar. Lastly, we ordered the key lime cheesecake which was absolutely delicious. Friendly staff and nice ambiance but there's room for improvement.

I am furious with the mediocre coffee roaster from trees. I bought 2 bags of beans from them and they are going in my compost. If you like just like burnt bean water with caffeine then I guess it would be your thing. Whatever flavour notes they claim it had was burnt to nothing. Only compliment I could give is that it's just a half step up from Starbucks. Cheesecake was good but nothing special that it would make me want to go back. Timbertrain, Agro, 49th parallel, match stick just to name a few would get you a way better cup. ***update*** Management team reached out to me to correct things. I'm glad that they care about their product and their customer's experience. They tried to make things better for my negative experience so I'll give them another star for trying. This may be a one off mistake but they are looking into the issue. I was informed that they hired a reputable roaster to train their staff, and I wish them all the best. I hope one day I might be able to return and leave as a happy customer.

It was my first time trying a matcha cheesecake and it was bomb although I was a bit disappointed with the Matcha frullato because I could not taste any green tea flavor.

It’s a nice cafe at a nice location! The latte was okay, not a fan of the scone. BUT the tuscan chicken sandwich (make sure to get it grilled) and the tiramisu cheese cake was amazing, just on point. The crew is still in training and pretty new so the slow service is understandable. It is though a bit chilly inside. The seating design’s a bit off. Too crowded at the corner, but too empty in the middle of the store. The place for picking up the food makes it uncomfortably crowded for the people sitting in the middle open area. It would be nice to add those stickers on the floor for customers know where to get in line also. :)

It was a late rainy week night and the missus and I did a quick pit stop at the Trees coffee house. We had watched it during the tenant's improvement stage and greatly anticipated the opening. Unfortunately we found it was only "meh". We had a take away of coffee and a piece of chocolate cheesecake to share. We thought the cheesecake portion was rather small for the price paid.

The NY cheesecake was DELICIOUS - light yet rich. One slice is large enough to share between two people. I asked for strawberry coulis and was delighted by the slices of fresh strawberry. ($1.25 additional cost.) I thought the chocolate cheesecake was too bland, but my toddler loved it. The quiches are also large enough to share, my toddlers loved the ham quiche. The accompanying salad was mediocre - mixed baby greens with vinaigrette dressing and a scatter of pumpkin seeds. Update: they've since added tomatoes, raisins, and sunflower seeds to the salad, it was quite tasty! Service was frustratingly slow - but staff were friendly and helpful. Update: service was much faster this time. There are two booth table sections which are great kids, or ppl to sit comfortably and work for a few hours. Would recommend - specifically for their NY cheesecake.
